Sometimes when removing old gutters to put up new gives us - and the homeowner - a surprise that neither were expecting.  We will ALWAYS make sure the homeowner is informed of what we find, before just doing what's easy!  Our expert installers had to remove a metal facia cover after seeing things that concerned them.  A less concerned team could have just put the new gutters up and moved on.  That is not how we operate, as we are looking for the long-term health of the home.  

After informing Norman of the facia damage and doing a thorough review of the issues, we were able to get the issues resolved and put up the brand new, black, six-inch gutters.
